Scrap Booking Layout Class - Oscar - Stampin' Up!

Love this layout, highlights Oscar playing on the walking (well I don't use it). These are 2 single layouts, using many different stamps to gain the background. I also incorporated the words in the framelits to create the word I wanted by cutting the words up.
Collage of stamps makes for great backgounds.

Stamps used in the above layout where many different designs.
This set is not only for Halloween, you  can use this set for many different ideas.
This set is under rated. One I didnt think I would use a lot but have used it on many layouts and cards. It is solid and outline of the alphabet, value for money.
All I can say about this set is its a must have set.
Another set that you can get so much out of. These sets can be used time and time again, and thats what you want.
This set is a great way to know when and where events happened when scraping your memories.
Card Stock - 12  x  12  Whisper White, scraps of Designer Series Paper to suit your photo.
Scraps of Whisper White for framelit cut outs and stamp of words. Basic Black for the
                       large wording.
Ink - Basic Grey, So Safron, Basic Black, Wild Wasabi
Accessories - Big shot, Sunshine Wishes Thinlits https://www3.stampinup.com/ECWe/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=141489
This following page is very quick and simple, using heat embossing resist technique.
Stamps - Timeless Textures, Crazy About you, Sunshine Sayings (Bundle with the Thinlits above for 10% off) Greatest Greetings, Scenic Sayings, Labeler Alphabet, Mixed Borders
Card Stock - 12  x  12 Whisper White , and scraps of whisper white.
Ink - Basic Black, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Cucumber Crush and Pacific Point.
Accessories - Big shot, Sunshine Thinlits, Project Life journaling Pens.
Close up of details.

I had 4 lovely ladies create their own pages using this style of Scraping.

Carole with her finished pages.
Different colourway, looks awesome Sue Eagle
Sue's 2nd layout.
Both layouts together.
Noleen's great layout with different colours again. Looks amazing.
2nd page of Noleen's.
Great double layout.
Cate's page of her daughter, how cut is this.
2nd page with the boys, great job Cate.

Everyone had a great day, and where so pleased with how you use your STAMPS to create easy and very interesting memories.

Single Scrap Booking Layouts - Stampin ' Up! Products

A couple of layouts I have done using some of the great products from our New Annual Catalogue.  Maddi and Oscar looking gorgeous here. Maddi heading out to a deb ball, Oscar bidding her farewell. Ink - Basic Black and Peekaboo Peach

This next layout is of Jordi, our little speedster, she love to run, jump and cartwheel. Jord ran in the Mothers Day Classic and won her junior section. (Left Mum for dead). This layout also had the little Labeler Alphabet.

Its hard to see, but I embossed the top of this layout with clear embossing powder and the image of the Sunrise from the Wherever you go set.http://www3.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=141948 then sponged over it with the Soft Sky Ink.
Also made a tag with the wording from the same set, which suited Jord down to the ground. The little bird is also from the same set, and just adds a little interest to the page. The heading of the page is the the Large Letters bundle, this is a must have http://www3.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=142348

Sneak Peak at the up and coming Mini.

Thoughtful Branches - Stampin' Up!

This is my very first play with this beautiful set, which is only available for a very short month. Checkout my online store to purchase. www.nyobre.stampinup.net

I stamped the trunk of the tree in Early Espresso, then the ground with Soft Suede. I then water coloured under the tree foliage in Soft Suede. I heat embossed with our new copper embossing powder, the sentiment and the tree foliage. I then used the beautiful branches framelites to cut out the foliage. Mounted the foliage with dimensionally.

Very simple card, but less is best sometimes.

Heat Embossing with Playful Backgrounds - Stampin' Up!

/Hi Everyone,

When I saw this layout created by the amazing Jacque Williams (Top New Zealand Demo) www.stamphappy.co.nz/category/scrapbook-corner I just had to ask her if I could share this with my Scrap-booking class. The generous Jacque was very happy to share. Thank You.

I change this a little as I didn't have some products on hand, but very happy with how it turned out. I heat embossed the white onto the basic black card stock, using the great new Stamp Set PLAYFUL BACKGROUNDS 141920 AUS $28.00
I also stamped with the Archival Basic Black with the Helping Me Grown Stamp Set  http://www3.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=140764
to add the flower images.
Added a little silver metallic thread
Added a little spritzing with the basic black Stampin' Write marker to make this paper a little vintage. Then to finish off this layout I added some sequins from the neutural pack.http://www3.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=138402

Thank you Jacque once again for allowing me to case your wonderful work. Very much appreciated.

To come to class contact me to book in. Booking essential.

Class Sunday 14th August
Time 1-3pm
Cost $30- for the kit.

What you need to bring is all adhesives.

Scrap Layout - Stampin' Up! - Playful Backgrounds and Embossing

It's raining and oh so wet, what better way to spend an afternoon, Scrapping with friends and learning new, well maybe old techniques.  We used the embossing folders in this class, and cut out circles, pasted them onto the black background and then put them through the big shot, using a embossing folder. Everyone loved it, and thought how easy, but very effective. Used a new stamp from the new current catalogue, Playful Backgrounds and used the best framelit ever, the new alphabet, large letters.  Everyone completed their layouts and went home very happy.
Noleen, Linda, Sue and Rosemary.

Sue, Rosemary, Carole and Noleen.
Hard at work.
Carole proudly shows off her beautiful little Frederick.
Rosemary very happy with her holiday snaps.
Sussie very happy with her new little grand daughter Amelia.
Linda had so many of playful Parker, we just couldn't choose, so use the lot. Looks great.
Noleen, making those school photos look awesome.

All the same layout but very different. Great day scrapping, talking, laughing and a little eating. Just how it should be.

Stampin' Up! Playful Backgrounds - Cousins

This is our next Scrap booking day technique and double layout.  This is an old technique, that I had forgotten about and one of my great customers, showed me a card she created, so I thought Wow what a great idea for a layout.  Added with the wonder new stamp set Playful Backgrounds 141920 $28.00 AUS.  Thank you to Cheryl O'Brien for reminding me of this technique.

I also added the the great new Large Letters Framelits for the headings.  This framelit or the bundle are so worth the $$$$ that they cost, you will use them for many many cards and scrap layouts.
The side panels of the layouts are circles punched out with our circle punches and glued to the black background and then I put it through the big shot using the impression embossing folder.

This class will be on Sunday July the 10th, at 1pm, at my place.  For more information check out my Stampin' Up! website - classes.  http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/nyobre/events

Stamp Sets - Playful backgrounds
Card Stock - 12  x  12 whisper white, Basic black, tempting turquoise, mellow mambo, mint macaroon, rich razzleberry.
Ink - Rich Razzleberry, Mint Macaroon.
Accessories - Big Shot, Large Letters Framelits, many  Stampin' Up! circle punches.

Hope you enjoyed this layout and create your own.

Hope to see some of you at class.
